MOVED IN!

Last Friday, after receiving the certificate of occupancy from the city, the construction committee organized a moving day. Emails were sent and on Thursday, July 22, over 45 parishioners and Sunday School students were on deck to move into our new facilities. As early as 4 PM Ladies Guild members were already busy in their newly renovated kitchen.

Much was achieved last night. Refrigerator and freezers were moved from Siroonian Community center along with pots and pans and many supplies. Sunday school supplies and books moved to the newly built and renovated classrooms, and many many more.

We would like thank the parish for the wonderful turnout for 2 days notice. We thank particularly those adults and children for coming down and lending a helping hand.

Thank you gang! We accomplished quite a bit tonight from a “move” perspective, but also shared in the excitement of our church expansion with each other.

LT: Todd Erikson, S.B. Conrad, Adam Lloyd city inspector,Bill Arthin and Der Nerses upon receiving the CO.

TD BANK AFFINITY PROGRAM

We have been actively looking for ways to raise more money for the church and TD/Commerce Bank has a affinity program for non-for-profit organizations that we have enrolled in.  TD/Commerce Bank will make a donation to the church once a year if 50 households from our church demonstrate that they have a qualifying account (checking, savings, money market, CD or IRA) with them.  Those who already signed up we thank them and encourage those who did not to pick up the phone and call their bank.
